Brand New two piece and never worn from Dillards! Gorgeous from top to bottom. It’s a high low tulle bottom so I tried to get measurements of the shortest to the longest part. It was too tiny for my mannequin, so that was the only reason I couldn’t zip it all the way down in the back. Would fit a size 0-2.
